This is a pin for the canvases from Better Homes and Gardens (you can check it out here) but when I saw this picture I immediately knew that this was the color scheme of the new living room. I was working on the piano and had to go to Lowe's for face masks and decided to check out the paint aisle and grabbed a couple of paint cards to take home to the hubby. Can you believe that we actually agreed on the color! Ocean Splash it is! I am picturing in my head how fantastic these colors are going to look with the black and white piano, and the new shelf.
So today I went to Hobby Lobby to get the wax for the candles and a couple of other supplies for upcoming projects and I ran across this fabric
I admit it, I fell in love! I took this picture in the store and sent it to the hubs to make sure it was not too girly for him. I got the okay and literally squealed with joy!
I brought it back to Mom's house with me and within minutes I had whipped up this bad boy!
I am at Mom's house, so that is her couch not mine. Like it is going to look so much better on our orange monstrosity, but once I get some black slipcovers it is going to look so cute! I am also making 2 other projects from the same fabric for the living room so it should all tie together! I am getting so excited!
